Question 1: Should the PC user’s name be in English?

Answer Yes, it should be.

Question 2: Can I install Genstat and ASreml in a folder named in Thai?

Answer Sorry but Genstat and ASreml do not support the Thai language. It can only be named in English. We are continually improving our software to support user needs worldwide. If there is any update we will keep you informed.

Question 3: Why am I unable to install the license from the license file?

Answer You may need to make sure that the directory folder that you save the license file (.lic) in is named in English; please reinstall from the license file again or use another method, “Install the following license text”.

Question 4: There is error during the installation ASreml for R. I am not sure whether the installation is complete or not?

Answer You will need to restart R again. This should solve the error will be solved. Our apologies this is a disadvantage of free software.
